I put this together for a client who found the default interface a little small and hard to work with.  At the time (and even now) I can only see one other admin theme for the PHPList software, but that doesn’t address the size issue.  For anyone still using PHPList I think you will find this interface mod worth a look.

The Platinum Mailer theme for phplist is designed to provide extensive aesthetic enhancements to modernise the look and feel of the original phplist admin interface, making this excellent newsletter mailing system far more user-friendly.

Pages are over 33% wider, text and menus are much larger, and now a lot easier to read, navigate, and use.

The Platinum Mailer Theme can also be used for subscriber page and all other public pages.

Instructions and source images for header, tables, tabs, and buttons are included.

Thank you. Very good theme, especially considering there are virtually none available for phplist. Came across a commercial one that is not as good as this.

Amazing that you’ve even provided complete documentation.

I hope this benefits your business. As a web developer, I can see you are a company that knows what it is doing.

Thanks for the feedback Mike. Glad you like it.

I was originally going to ask a fee for it which is the reason I typed up the documentation.

Well in my opinion you’ve got a strong enough package to make a commercial version. I don’t know what the demand is for phplist templates, but I reckon a commercial version of Platinum Mailer (what’s more expensive than platinum? :) ) could work well.

If it were me I’d consider promoting such a thing on the phplist forum (assuming there’s a place for that).

This was probably a much needed requirement for phplist. You have no idea how many designers out there can use this as a benchmark to make many more such amazing themes. And when they do, you know who laid the foundation. ;)

    Good job and cheers!

Thanks for this! The default PHP List theme definitely needs work. I installed this theme no problems, thanks a lot for the clear documentation.

Looks great (thanks); but where has the link to the main PHP configuration setup gone? Am I being daft? Seems odd?

A really significant improvement, thank you. Had some initial issues which were me, not the theme. Simple to use and the menu structure helps everyone better understand the conceptual ‘structure’ of the whole PhPList suite.

Thanks for the feedback guys :)

I’ve added facebook like to download to the post now as after 1000+ downloads, not a single donation. I don’t think a like is too much to ask for :P
