What’s the difference between All Inclusive and Pay Monthly pricing?
Al inclusive is a one off payment but only includes 12 months of web hosting, after which you will be charged an annual hosting and management fee. Pay Monthly accounts includes hosting, management, and telephone support for the lifetime of your subscription.
What if I already have a domain name and / or my own host?
You are of course welcome to procure hosting and domain names from alternative suppliers. If you would like to use your own pre registered domain you will need to modify the nameservers to point to your hosting account. If you would like to use an external web host we will add an additional £50 one time fee to your package total to cover our time required to setup the CMS with your host. You will also miss out on our FREE domain and unlimited email account offers.
Is there a minimum monthly contract length?
Well, yes there is. We can’t be setting up a site just for a customer to turn around a month later and cancel. The minimum contract is 6 months after which you are welcome to cancel or carry on paying on a monthly basis.
